1. Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Osterland offers standard shipping for all orders. Standard shipping generally takes 7-30 days for delivery. We try to ship as quickly as possible. 

2. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation for accuracy.
  • Processing Time: Orders usually go out within 4-12 days of ordering if all the items are in stock, most times much quicker.If not,it'll be a week delay. However, during peak times (new releases and holidays) you will need to allow a couple more days for processing. 

3.Tracking Orders

  • Tracking Number: Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
  • Tracking Information: Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after you receive the tracking number.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

  • Unforeseen Delays: Osterland is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier disruptions, or natural disasters.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses during the checkout process. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.


7. Delivery Issues

  • Missing or Damaged Items: If your order arrives with missing items or is damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at osterland.vip@gmail.com for assistance.
